Cracked glass
Cracked or chipped glass caused by a drop, impact or pressure is not covered—even if touch still works.
What your warranty covers, what to expect,
and how to get a repair checked.
A repair warranty applies to the covered repair item—not automatically to every part of the phone.
If something seems wrong with a replaced part, contact us so we can assess the issue against your repair’s coverage.
Tell us what you’re experiencing—charging problems, unexpected shutdowns or unusual battery behaviour help us understand what to check.
Coverage relates to the repair performed. A separate fault may need its own assessment before any additional work is agreed.
A symptom alone doesn’t tell the whole story. We inspect the device to determine whether the issue falls within the recorded coverage.
A phone that does not power on cannot always be fully tested before board repair. Once it powers on, a separate screen, battery or other issue may become apparent. We’ll explain the findings and discuss any additional work with you.
No. A claim lets us check the device against its covered repair. Inspection determines coverage; it is not an automatic promise of a free replacement.

We’ll explain the assessment and whether the issue is covered before arranging further work.
